how'd they get away with making shadow fuck so hard

It's peak Sonic. ESPECIALLY with the jank. Sonic has to be kinda half baked to truly be Sonic. If you take the jank too far you get stuff like 06. It's a delicate balance. Idgaf about the Chao garden

its pretty good. hero side is kinda boring but the dark side was very good. honestly wouldve loved the cutscenes if they werent rotorscoped onto giant bobbleheads. Plot is the coolest in the series imo. the final boss was awesome.

but some parts did drag like the kunckles stages and this port is kinda ass
