Didn't enjoy it as much as my friends do but it's fun once in a while.
7.8 - As a pirates online veteran, this is easily the best modern pirate game you can play. Far from perfect but still so much fun with friends. Should this ever get a sequel, progression should offer more than just cosmetics. I understand that they want an equal playing field for everyone but the biggest drawback for me is that progression is basically meaningless.

Despite this, it's managed to captivate me for countless hours. I can't pinpoint the exact reason why, yet it's undeniable that the game's immersive gameplay contribute significantly to its appeal. Even in 2024, the game water remains unparalleled, possibly the most visually stunning representation of it, in the gaming world.

Very fun pirate simulation. Enjoyed cruising around with my friends and wreaking havoc and uncovering buried treasure. Really exactly what it says on the tin, and I wish I could spend more time in it, but it's not high on my list of games to revisit.
Sea of Thieves is one of my favorite games... it's certainly not perfect though. My enjoyment in Sea comes from my close crew mates and friends around me. Completing voyages or taking on an ambitious fight with a Galleon can be really rewarding with a good crew. The skill ceiling can be quite high and while there is a ridiculous amount of content to go through, you can often struggle to find things to do as the content pool dries up. I can certainly say that Sea of Thieves is improving and is certainly a much better game than it was at launch, but it still has a ways to go to be a great experience for players of all kinds. I have a lot of respect for Rare for not abandoning ship after this game's lukewarm reception and it's crystal clear that they care very deeply about the game. That being said though, some of their decisions can be... puzzling. It's hard to recommend Sea to new players because of the skill ceiling and the sheer amount of content to do can be overwhelming.

this game sucks such major ass me and a friend tried to get into this but it’s so boring. most items are lost upon closing the game so it felt pointless to explore or do anything since it felt like we made no progress. only joy came from hanging w a friend
Joguei pouco, mas sei que é melhor com amigos. Joguei sozinho então não tive uma experiência completa, fui assaltado e morto três vezes mas pelo menos uma vez um bom homem me deixou viver se eu dançasse.
Um ótimo jogo, quest ótimas e perfeito para jogar com amigos! O mar é mais real que na propria vida real, as musicas e personagens são muito bem feitos!
Esse jogo podia ser muito melhor, pena que os cara não ligam mais para as atualizações.

L'un des meilleurs jeux pour chill avec ses potes, mais lorsque l'on se fait poutrer le fiak en pvp là par contre on rage bien comme il faut, quitte à nous dégouter du jeu parfois mais il suffit de s'entrainer avec sa team en pvp, et vouloir devenir meilleure pour commencer à prendre plaisir ( ce qu'on a pas fait ). Dédicace aux fables Pirate des caraïbes qui sont trop classe.
For me it's hard to get into a game where the hours of battling and looting and treasure hunting is all put to waste the when it disappears the next time I log onto the game.
