It's clear that this expansion is simply filler they had to whip out to have the Final Shape ready. A nonsensical story that is always carried by great gameplay and a new class that ends up being really fun once you unlock all its potential.

A raid that feels like it was meant to be a dungeon that they had to stretch considering the health of the final boss makes this one of the most disappointing destiny expansions when compared to the highs of the Witch Queen.

While it's better than most of of the usual Destiny expansions, it coming after Witch Queen and us nearing the end of the story really makes its flaws more apparent.
