Woof. I can't say I had huge expectations for this game, but I was still let down.
I'll say this, gun play, music and aesthetic were some of the best Bethesda has done so far.
However, I really struggled to complete this game. I took ~4 month break just because I was so bored by the end of it. Particularly the Ryujinx quest line and the way you acquire new skills.
For a game that's been in development as long as this game has, I really expected more. The same old, tired game is here. I tried my best to get invested in the story and characters, but by the end I was clicking through dialogue trees as fast as the game would allow.
If a sequel evers sees the light of day, I'll certainly give it a fair shake, but I cannot see myself ever coming back to this game.
