Pros
1. Great atmosphere and soundtrack.
2. I loved the war of the worlds intro setup. It’s very effective and has a horror element to it.
3. I enjoyed most of the fluid-based puzzles especially the car crash one and the one were you send the kid flying from his bike lol. There are some pretty unique puzzle solutions that I wasn’t expecting.
4. The puzzles were not too hard but required a bit of creative thinking. Some were easier than others and felt like busy work. Good overall.
5. Beautiful low poly art style.
6. I loved the fixed camera angles that gave the game a cinematic feel.

Cons
1. The story didn’t feel very satisfying by its conclusion. I liked the journey of finding your family, but why did they leave the little settlement that the remaining humans had set up? I just can’t imagine the wife would be okay with that. I get the husband’s some sort of quasi-alien now, but they shouldn’t have tagged along.
2. It felt weird being helped by these different alien beings, but not being able to thank them. I feel like there should have been some sort of cutscene when meeting them.
3. Didn’t really like the 4 ambiguous endings either. They never address who these aliens are and why they came to Earth.
4. The dog would get stuck on objects following me, which sucked because he would not show up again. I thought he was dead, but then he kept showing up later in the story lol.
5. The final sequence where you’re in some sort of dream existence was too long and repetitive.
6. I wish the gameplay was a bit more challenging like Limbo.
