Ambitious and unusual, sometimes beautiful, always full of heart; but too often clunky in a “am I playing a game from the 2000s?” way, beginning of the game was rather boring, music is overall meh.

Holy shit this is easily the highest quality tech demo to ever exist. Wii Sports obviously had more of an impact, but this game is just pure joy from start to finish. Every corner brings a new idea, and the entire experience is bursting personality.
The music is catchy, the artstyle is impressive and colourful, the controls are pretty solid, and the secrets are plentiful and well hidden. This is the most Nintendo game that Sony has ever made.
I see people complaining about the length, which is stupid considering that this is literally a free tech demo. My one wish is that these guys make a full fledged astro game.
