Undeniable masterpiece. I've been playing this game for months, actual months and whilst I was happy to finally complete it..... I am very sad that I have. I'll have to play the DLC.

But going back to the game, what a journey it took me on. A true feat when it comes to story telling. Something I find fascinating is allowing meaningful player choices whilst having a preset character with a ton of history. Whilst having every choice be in line with Geralt's character, bar a select few. I enjoyed it throughout but really started to fall in love with the game during act 3. Quests such as the battle of Kaer Morhen and On Thin Ice really made me feel. I think the line that got to me the most was Geralt's: "Can't cry, don't know how".

Does have it dull missions but so does every game this length. I'm so happy I played this, going to be one of the few that really sticks with me. Same goes with the OST and I now think that Ciri's battle theme/Hunt or be Hunted is up there with my favourite tracks in gaming history. This was the first Witcher game I played but it will not be the last. Planning on playing them 3-1 like a crazy person, but I can't not after the experience that was The Witcher 3.
