Just finished this game and gotta say that this was a great sequel for the Hero of Time, and I genuinely enjoyed most of the side quests in this game as well. I do prefer the temples and bosses more from Ocarina of Time, but these were still pretty enjoyable in this game as well. I actually really love the concept of masks in this game and the utility with almost all of them as they can help with some small things in this game. I do like the main masks a lot as they all had their own fighting styles and abilities outside of combat as well. I would say the only thing I didn't like was how bad I was with controlling the Goron roll and Zora dolphin jump. Honestly, the Zora dolphin jump is probably a skill issue, wouldn't be surprised. Despite this, I still had fun regardless. I already know that this game was in development for only a year and the fact it reused the Ocarina of Time engine, and that may be why there wasn't more temples/bosses, but it could've been predetermined at the start to have that low amount in Majora's Mask. It doesn't bother me that much since I think I understand that this kind of formula with the Zelda games has always existed with like the certain amount of temples and bosses to do before the final boss. I wasn't too familiar with the old Zelda games cause I only played the newer ones (BOTW/TOTK), so I'm glad I understand a bit of it now. I plan on playing more Zelda games like Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, A Link To The Past, etc.
