People often talk about 2B and that’s the main reason why I didn’t want to play the game because I thought it would be yet another japanese video game with over sexualized female characters. I still bought it and played to see for myself. What I got was a philosophical masterpiece filled with secrets and various intricate story lines that compelled me till the end. Even today I like watching some videos exploring the themes of the game. While it’s saddening to see some people reduce NieR: Automata to one of its character’s attributes, I would like to say for those who are still doubting to play that it is a very enjoyable game if you like stories with some action gameplay.
