GAME OF THE YEAR

LABOR OF LOVE: It's impossible not to put GD here. You could argue that nothing's really changed with it. I'd argue in return that the amount of work shown for the forever-approaching update 2.2, along with the absolutely phenomenal way the 10th anniversary was celebrated, that there's no other game I could think of even coming close.

BETTER WITH FRIENDS: Had a blast playing this with some friends, it's definitely slept on for how good its multiplayer is.

MOST INNOVATIVE GAMEPLAY: One of the best rhythm games I've ever played because of this.

BEST SOUNDTRACK: I was not ready to get funky
