Fine even if pretty simple. Much more difficult than it first looks. I would argue its more a puzzle game than a platformer, but it definitely sets the stage for beginning platformers, such as with the ladder movements. I would still argue that Donkey Kong is the first platformer because you can actually jump over stuff. Space Panic reminds me a lot of Burger Time, if I had to make a comparison. Pretty fun mechanic, but is understandably a bit boring compared to what we have now, or even comparing what we ended up getting two years later. Nonetheless, Space Panic is still arguably an important part of gaming history.
