- The last of the PS1 mainline Final Fantasy games, and is a throwback to the older FF games.
- The Plot is decent, the characters are actually memorable and some of them are well written.
- The gameplay is a bit more simplistic with character building but is serviceable and enjoyable as you go through the game.
- The OST while is good in the game, is not that memorable outside the context of the game.
