Far from a perfect game but the Gigerian level and asset design is done so lovingly, can't not appreciate it

Finally crawling out of my third romantic entanglement with Conan. I've put exactly 500 hours into this game and yet I don't have much to say about it, other than it is the perfect combination of cosmetic options, base-building, and dodge-rolling that was made just for me, specifically. There are many games like Conan: Exiles, but all the rest are missing an element I can't quite put my finger on... and NO it's not the nudity! OK!!

Both games are nearly perfect, and obviously so similar, so I'll be reviewing this by comparing it to its predecessor.
main quest: TOTK
side quests: BOTW
mid quests: BOTW but just barely
shika slate abilities: TOTK obv but I miss stasis
champion/sage abilities: BOTW
final boss and ending: TOTK by far
overall art design: BOTW (love the ancient tech)
shrine puzzles: uhhhhh. not sure tbh. both good
you can build a house: TOTK
"dungeons" (divine beasts/temples): BOTW by far except shout out to Colgera. ily Colgera
Overall best gaming experience: super hard to decide tbh if you want to play one you should play them both!!
