Either Earthworm Jim for Danzig fans or Metal Slug for people REALLY into Alice in Wonderland, Biomechanical Toy is a run n gun platformer where you fight to liberate a land of sentient toys from the reign of evil chess pieces.

It's fast and full of hazards, encouraging players to throw themselves at every wall like they were a wrecking ball...and it works. It's a roller coaster of a game with a short runtime and a steep (but not too steep) difficulty that lets you get in and get out of a good time at light speed. Just keep in mind that, for some reason, the last few bosses are much easier than some of the mid-game ones!
