Honestly much better than I had expected. If you crave NES platformers and are craving a reduced difficulty from those you might usually find, Kyatto Ninden Teyandee is a REALLY good candidate. You can switch characters to use special powers like the ability to break boulders or limited flight, level patterns are very easy to learn, and the game runs on the short side despite having 11 levels, and as such is fun the whole way through.
