Pretty fun gameplay loop. A lot of the stuff they did to turn this game into a roguelike works out pretty well although I wish they had given us more different boss fights. The aesthetic and music are all really nice as well.

Insanely well-polished game with a banging soundtrack. As someone who doesn't play Sonic games very often, I don't like how Sonic controls very much.

I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore.

Kind of perfect as a mobile game because of how simple it is and how fast-paced the gameplay is. Feels weird giving this the same rating as VVVVVV but I think it's warranted.

About as bare-bones as a fighting game can get. You have to have two players on one DS as well which is really awkward. Novelty can only take you so far with a game like this.

A pretty basic mobile-ified monster collecting game like Pokemon. Sadly is impossible to play without a torrent or something nowadays.

A very charming puzzle game with a lot of fun level mechanics. Ads probably ruin this nowadays but I played this on DS at first.

One of the most inventive mobile game ideas I've seen and it absolutely still holds up. Made me not care about the ads which kinda speaks to how good it is. Probably as good as a mobile game ever will get for me.

Riddled with ads nowadays but smashing stuff is fun.

Almost deserves a higher rating than this just by the merit of being a mobile game without any forced ads. It's very basic otherwise.

A fun little party game. I love all of the weapon options you have and how your actions genuinely feel like they have weight to them unlike some other party games.

This game lost a whole star and a half on ONE Pokemon the final boss had. There's a game being hard and then there's a game being ridiculous enough to where you need extremely specific countermeasure for one trick it pulls to stand a chance against it. This is a game that's worth playing, but do yourself a favor and spoil the final boss fight so you can strategize against it ahead of time. It is horrible otherwise.

Game feel is weirdly better than any other platform fighter I've played but there was exceedingly little content on launch, way worse than even NASB1. This game is pretty clearly in development hell but I still have to rate it accordingly.

An interesting RBY hack that tries to build off of the ideologies that Game Freak likely had during Gen 1 rather than trying to modernize the game. There's a lot of content both from later gens and from RBY's scrapped ideas, adding things like Gorochu, the Fairy-type, and Bill's Lighthouse. It's extremely well-made for what it is, and if this blurb makes it sound at all interesting you'll absolutely love it.

Added absolutely no new content from SMB1 outside of making the levels stupid. Part of me finds some fun in that but I'd still rather play something else.
