Goro the Slacker's story is cool though.

Despite the community, devs, etc., League has to be one of the greatest games ever created. For a game developed on the most bare-bones code imaginable, it has endured and created the most expansive competitive gaming scene in the world. The gameplay itself has incomparable depth and is insanely addictive. There's a reason it's been one of the most popular games in the world for years.
