my personal favorite sonic game. the gameplay is fun, the controls are snappy, the characters are great and the story is engaging. some of the werehog levels are a bit of a drag but if you dont mind beat 'em ups then it shouldnt be too big of an issue. overall amazing game

way better than youd expect something like to be. the gameplay tries its best to keep you engaged and for the most part it does but it falls flat near the end. the real highlight of this game is its shocking good story. the phantom thieves are often pushed aside to let other characters flourish, which is a good thing. its slow at the start but once it starts its super captivating and the ending is wonderful
