I had a lot of fun with this. The story was interesting and fast paced, the voice acting was great, the combat felt really good, and the environments were unbelievably immersive. Initially I was going to give it 4 stars because there were some things that didn't quite work for me. But I found myself thinking about the story and characters for days after finishing. I went through a period of feeling kind of empty and bummed that it was all over. Which overshadowed my criticism enough that I felt comfortable giving it another half a star. I wish that there were more meaningful choices so that V's story didn't feel so much on rails, some of the side missions end very abruptly, and I disliked that there was a discrepancy in the quality of the romances (I won't go too much into it but straight female V's romance was dull AF).
