The half of the game with the cutscenes was a lot of fun and I enjoyed watching Kojima get his big break directing in 3D. The gameplay on the other hand is so outdated and clunky. Even compared to something at the time like ocarina of time or silent hill 1 they don’t feel as outdated, especially with the boss fights. They were easily the worst part of the game for me. No soft lock on fist fights makes them a chore and I was so close to quitting at the liquid fight.
