Doesn't do much to break the mold that NSMB DS created, but an easy fun experience for kids nonetheless.

Calls back to the simple fun of Super Mario Bros. 1, even if it lacks the challenge or variety that 3 or World may have provided. A solid and charismatic experience.

Not as content-rich as it's successors, but brimming with soul all the same.
