I have by in large hated Ubisoft games for the last decade because they always came off as poor quality. But this is definitely the exception to the rule. Once you get past the bizarre premise, Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a fantastic tactical shooter on the level of X:Com. It's easy to pick up hard to master gameplay kept me going through its worlds, and even made me laugh once or twice.

It usually goes for very very cheap nowadays, so pick it up next time it's on sale for $5.
