A challenging hack and slash game with a criminally small budget. I can feel the promise that comes from this game! But the lack of resources and money really shines through in the presentation. It borrows a lot from the final season rather than across the series. I appreciate the deeper cut of villains that was used, but I would have enjoyed seeing more variety, like the Chritchellites, The Guardian, or even just Evil Jack, but it seems like the team did what they could do.

It's a good game, fun even! But it makes me wish for a Samurai Jack game with even greater variety that fully runs the gambit of what this amazing television series has to offer.
