It's okay. Not great. The plot isn't great, the characters are forgettable (fuck Amanozako, legit the proof that Atlus makes annoying sidekicks on purpose), but the combat is okay and everything else feels what you've come to expect from SMT.
That being said, I don't think I'll be playing Atlus games for a long while, they're all starting to feel the same. Persona 5, Soul Hackers 2, SMTV, TMS#FE, and likely Metaphor Re:Fantazio. They all have the same game feel. And there's only so many times I can be tricked before I start to sense a pattern.
