Yes, Cyberpunk 2.0 + PL is a good upgrade from the launch game, dont know which version you played, but now the game is great. The expansion is impressive with its setpieces, give it a shot.
If you are on PC keep in mind that the expansion area is somewhat heavy and requires good hardware if you want the visuals to be at their high or ultra settings with ray tracing.

@HowAboutNora I'm playing on PS5, so no hardware problems luckily. I checked the additions they made in 2.0 and I have no idea how they weren't in the game at launch. Some things like the outfit change are a must
Yea the transmog mode is important for fashion in the game, back in 2020 the armor was based on clothes and it sucked so hard for anybody who wanted to dress elegantly. Glad they fixed it. I just wish they made more good clothes, the ones in the expansion are pretty good but the base game clothes are mostly ugly.
