I knew I'd love this game, but enough to do the entire game in one day? Wasn't expecting that. This is easily the most enjoyable Metroid game, especially with how smooth it is to play. Each area is distinct and fun to explore and the game doesn't feel like it has any bullshit elements like too many hidden areas or anything like that. Basically any issue I have with any Metroid game just... kind of doesn't exist here, it's crazy. Even though the game has one shot enemies with a short window to counter, the game still always feels fair and fun and it's honestly addicting. It also helps that I streamed the game to one of my best friends so I never really needed a guide, but I also didn't ask them for much help, only in a few circumstances. The map layouts are pretty well made and not confusing and Adam is less intrusive than in Fusion. So yeah, I'd say this is definitely the best Metroid game hands down, it's a fun game from start to finish and it's never unfair or annoying. Overall, a very amazing experience for Metroid fans or any fan of Metroidvanias.
