After multiple attempts to try and get back into this game, I dropped it for good.
It’s a poor JRPG that is a complete slog to try and get through. For many people, Earthbound’s writing can make up for it, but I did not find the game remotely as charming or funny. Although, it does try its hardest to win you over.
It might be worth a try to see if the humor and the world sticks with you. But if you’re not feeling it from the start, there is no point to continue.
