An addicting platformer that fills the Mario aesthetic and charm which was somehow missing from its predecessor. It takes all the elements of the first game and elevates them to new heights, as well as introducing new power-ups and Yoshi!! The hub is much more fun to traverse and it's much simpler to get back on track once leaving a level, so very minor QoL improvements that accelerate this game to being one of the best in the series!
