Is it perfect? no defintely not but i adore this game for being truly open, i mean: you can run to the final boss after the tutorial for gods sake what other modern video game lets you do that, the balls on these devs and having tons of secrets and un-scripted fun tucked away, being super gamey feeling with fun physics, non-scripted puzzles and fun combat.

Compare this to say horizon zero dawn where it's a linear game with a bloated map that only exists to extend travel time and play time so people dont feel ripped off at full price, it's extremely scripted and boring to play and way more forgettable.
