my criteria for this list is games i played entirely in 2024, games i started in 2024 and may not have finished, and games i started in 2023 but played most of + finished in 2024. i am not counting games that i have been playing long-term (sorry tetris 99), nor am i counting games that i replayed in 2024 (sorry entirety of bravely series)

i started this game in december 2023 when a friend told me there were lesbians in it. i finished it in january 2024, and i’ve put it on this list because to me it is a 2024 len game.
i started this in december 2023 and hardly touched it that month (as i was playing berseria lol). pretty much 95% of the game will be played in 2024. despite being super early in the game, it’s sorta already my goty. that is, until team asano brings me my new bravely.
started in late january 2024, finished 1 feb 2024. i'm pretty sure i beat the game for my first time in 2-3 days, which is sorta crazy. really enjoy this one.
played this for the first time in february when my gf visited. i pop it open from time to time as a little treat for my friends lols. it’s a funny game, but i can’t imagine replaying it more than a couple times. that being said, i have yet to try the new game mode
