This is honestly one of the greatest fan games I have ever played. The only exception in terms of fan games is the Sonic community, but the fact that Metroid II got a stellar Zero Mission-style remake done by a small group of fans is just awe-inspiring. Only issues I personally have with it is that it never got any official updates past 1.1, though fans have, and still are, rectifying that, and the Metroid fights are kind of bad and luck dependent. Otherwise, great game.

This is honestly one of the worst fighting games I have ever had the honor of playing. Apparently the Japanese version got an update patching in cross-play with a One Piece fighting game? That's kind of cool, but I will never touch this game again unless I want to torture myself.

It's... fine. Not the best Dragon Ball game, not the worst. Though I probably put in way too many hours...
Note that I also played through the base campaign on Nintendo Switch, I just cannot/don't know how to put another playthrough platform.
