Honestly insane how much of a step up this is from Zero 1 and 2. Gone is a lot of the weird issues those game had and in its place is an elf system with an insane amount of variety, an upgrade system more in line with the X series leading to better overall progression, and levels that actually feel like they were made for the GBA. A phenomenal sequel and one of the greatest games in the Mega Man series.
