First Monster Hunter game I have played and have been blown away with how incredible my time has been with it. It has certainly given me a passing interest in other games in the series but I feel like nothing will hit me like this title did on a blind playthrough.

as someone who got into the series in pretty much the same way, the other games are definitely worth a look! world was my first too but i've had fantastic times with some of the other games. but yeah, none of it still comes close to the blind first playthrough. absolutely unmatched experience
I'm definitely looking forward to checking out Rise! I also have interest in checking out the "stories" games. I know they are drastically different but the thought of raising some of these creatures sounds really fun!
