This one is the culmination of the trilogy. Mechanics and graphics wise it's not that different from it's predecessor. It adds some new tools for you to play around with. Main appeal of this one is it's story. If you want to finish Ezio trilogy, you do have to finish this one to circle out the story.

This game was supposed to be adult take on occult and Lovecraftian horror. However, it just focuses on shocking and never explores more interesting aspects. Gameplay is just plain bad. Horror is nonexistent. Graphics are really mediocre. Voice acting is just so so bad. I wouldn't recommend this game. Only good thing i found about it is that it lasts about 2h.

First off, i didn't finish this game. I played almost until the end, and then enemy got his hand to glitch through the door which made it imposible to open said door. Why didn't i just restart from checkpoint, i hear you ask. Because this game has no checkpoints. It has some autosaves at start of the level, but other than that, nothing. There is a quick save and load option, which you must abuse in order to get anywhere in this game. Story is basically nonexistent. It is told through few really bad custcenes and voiceover is catastrophic. If voiceover isn't that bad for you, then prepare for some levels with siren sound blasting in your ear that i didn't found option for turning off. It was so annoying, that i considered abandoning this game after first 15 minutes. It would have all been even okay, if not for the gameplay which is buggy and messy. Guns have extreme recoil and are no fun to use, which is a cardinal sin in a fps. Movement is awful too. There are some sections where jump and crouch are necessary, which are not possible to do in the game btw. There are also obligatory sewer levels. Yes, multiple, and a torch to move through said sewers. There is also zero sense or guidance to where you should go. I have spent at least quarter of my playing time on finding how to progress to next section. Especially cause every hallway and room is the same. Some levels are identical and reused multiple times. If i never see another same looking russian subway and train it wouldn't be soon enough. Graphics are really bad, if you consider Call of Duty 2 and Splinter Cell, both came out in this year. Overall i wouldn't play this one ever again, and neither should you.
