I played it for almost an hour on normal version. Due to mouse aiming issue, I'm forced to play the game on DOSBox Daum version. And I had to start all over again to avoid getting messed up again (had to do a very boring rail shooter segment again. Sigh).

I was just testing this game on Linux Mint and yes it does work. Sucks this game is online-only. Shame, really, because I was hoping I can grind while offline and on the go.

Did not connect two Meteoras yet. There is an upcoming update which adds gacha system. No real world money required, you just play the game to earn points as in-game currency.

Made to wave 60. Luckily, you can backup your checkpoint.ini save; if you happened to get game over, you can copy your backup copy of your checkpoint.ini into the game's file location, thus no need to start the game all over again.

When I first load up the game while offline, I thought it was a game crashing bug. But no, it's always-online due to Steam client requirement, whether it's intended or just bugged. Boo! Bloody hidden DRM despite no warning on game's page. Why can't we play it offline like we had with the Switch version? Why the developers and publishers not aware of this Steam client related issue? This sucks.

I'll attempt to do 1CC later. I'm currently playing Spy Sis. mode.

It's been a one year hiatus after my PC's MOBA and PSU died. But my desktop PC is resurrected now! I'm returning to HBR after retiring from SIFAS.

Edit: Date moved from 07/01 to 8/29 with updated notes.

I used to plan to make Windows (Win) OS as notepad or mini PC, but I changed my mind, as I don't think it's worth it. Instead, I'll use it on my main desktop via dual boot. While my main OS to use is Linux Mint, I treat Win OS as my secondary usage. The only PC part I need as of now is GPU, as I've noticed the dying signs while testing Linux Mint at that time. I'll resurrect my desktop PC in October!

In case if I get IP address error upon booting the game, I'll use SoftEther VPN just in case.

I'm not entirely sure if this game is beatable or not. Also, I find this game grindy, repetitive, and boring after playing for three hours. So basically you're doing the same tasks: 1) find planets, 2) destroy asteroids and enemies to grind Gon (money), 3) upgrade constructions per planet, and 4) explore a lot (yet largely empty world).

The game crashes whenever I booted up the game while playing online when running on Linux OS (regardless of compatibility layer). As a result, I had to play in offline mode which resulted my playtime not counting properly. This made me make a guess (I did not had a chance to use my timer from iPhone prior to playing).
