This is maybe one of the most important games i have ever played.
It may be an indie game with limited graphics and gameplay, but all of that is compensated with a really beatiful art direction, a memorable music selection, and of course a perfect story with characthers which you would love, and some you would love to hate.
The game also has some RPG elements to it and RPG battles (Which are introduced way later in the game), but i have to say those elements are way to basic and the fights are too easy, this can be something good or bad depending on how much you like RPGs battles.
Time Traveler has A LOT of dialogue, because this game has a vast lore and so many characthers, but the charm of the game is all of this text and dialogue, its very emotional, and even funny sometimes, so get ready to read a lot.
I dont want to talk to much about the Story because i want people who dosen't know this game to experience all of it without any previous knowledge, i think that way its better, but if i have to say something, i can say the story has some really emotional parts, you will laugh, you will cry and you are gonna feel some genuine anger, its just that good.
Don't forget to also see the "Omake" (Or extras) at the end of the game, it is full of more info about the characthers, lore, some new scenes and other surprises.

In gameplay the game is really fun and addicting, way more polished than the first one, with a nice variety of characthers, some having unique habilities that can radically change the way you can complete one level.
On the sound department the SFX are nicely choosen (Even that damn meth lab explosion sound), but the real deal is the OST, complementing in an awesome way all the carnage you made on the way.
And the Story is simply brilliant, expanding a lot the lore from the first game, answering a lot of questions and bringing new ones, even having a real good message about war and violence.
This game is hard, im not gonna lie, even if you think the regular campaing is not that difficult, you can unlock the hard mode after beating the game, and that mode is gonna make you cry, but with practice and knowing what are you doing, you can master all the characthers and weapons and become a god
And as a perfect bonus, you have the Level Editor, which can make this game virtually infinite with some great and funny levels the fans of this game have made.
