Landfall yet again picking up a genre that's popular and giving it their spin and unsurpringly it's really damn good.

This very much feels like a game where the idea came first and to be fair it's a fun idea, but the execution just isn't there. The mechanics are way too unclear and the progression is practically non existant as the items you can buy seem to just be for fun and don't seem to have any measurable effect on getting you more views. The film length is abysmally short and only having one camera available makes it absolutely pointless for your group to split up and explore.

Oooooh so this is what 50 cent was singing about in "In Da Club"!!
I always wondered what was going on in there.

I can see why this is classified as one of the better HL2 mods; the atmosphere is great, the combat is more weighty than the vanilla game due to the premise, and some of the set pieces are incredibly interesting.

It's not without flaws, though; both of the bosses are bad, ranging from slightly annoying to not even knowing if you're progressing till it's already over, and playing on the difficulty that makes the game most interesting leads to it being so wholly unfair that anyone who played on it would be forgiven for either cheating or giving up at some point.

There are no bathrooms anywhere but occasionally you'll find some glass bottles in a crate. 10/10 accurate Amazon warehouse simulator.

Obviously lives in the shadow of the highly impactful sequel that's a true masterpiece of the medium, Hunt Down The Freeman, but still a really good game on its own merits

10 Reasons Link: The Faces of Evil is better than botw/totk
1. First Zelda game with (superior) voice acting
2. Characters experience real emotions and growth (boredom, hunger, etc)
3. Animated anime quality cutscenes and excellent fully voice acted tutorial segments
4. Epic soundtrack (real)
5. Best portrayal of the King of Hyrule
6. Best shopkeeper in gaming also Rubies > Rupees
7. Smartsword that lets you attack enemies but also talk to friendlies > master sword
8. The guy on the flying carpet is kinda cool I guess? I like his beard.
9. There's a boss named Omfuk I mean dang that's edgy
10. You defeat Ganon by throwing a book at him idk maybe that's representative of the power of knowledge or something? C'mon give me credit I made it this far.

Made specifically to show that you and your friends are not as coordinated as you think you are

I played this when it first came out and I have to say this is one of the WORST indie games I have ever played. The developer would've made better money if he stuck to either developing roblox games or making fursuit commissions.
