Amazing game. With a couple extra additions to the post game, this goes from the easiest 9/10 to the easiest 10/10.
This was am excellent game to get me into Universal Century Gundam and make me take the plunge into the anime. Just about every character from that canon you want is in here, and every single mobile suit and piece of technology on top of that. A long haul, but one I feel was well worth the 1000+ hours I put into it.

My first ever Super Robot Wars game, and the last I finished or the VXT trilogy. This one has the biggest stranglehold on me of the whole trilogy, having a roster of my favorite mecha series of all time (Cowboy Bebop, Mazinger Z Infinity, Getter Robo Armageddon, Gundam Char's Counterattack, G Gundam, Armored Trooper Votoms, Gunbuster, Trider G7, Magic Knight Rayearth, Captain Harlock, and more). I'm in love with the cast's dynamics and the themes of the combined story.

Basically Isekai Super Robot Wars. Lots of fun woth some very cool picks, (also the most exposure I've had on Gurren Lagann up till now). Definitely recommended.
2017
Watching Super Attack compilations from this on YouTube was my first exposure to this series. I started from being an Evangelion fan when I first saw this game to now being a fan of at least half the series in here. It's got a great theme of each series trying to evade their respective apocalyptic events and humanity's willpower to persevere through hardship. Also Mazinger Zero is one of the coolest mechs of all time.
