Admittedly I'm a bit surprised that this one got a more positive reception then Chains of Olympus. Thats not to say its bad or really any worse than Chains, but I feel like the two games are very similar in quality. Now Ghost of Sparta has some really cool stuff in it like sinking Atlantis, King Midas and fighting Thanatos (omg persona 3 reference??) and it was really. fun to see those concepts in this series. A big part of the plot is also about Kratos and his brother, and you get to see a bit more of his human side (the very little thats left of it) AND you get sick ass fire to add to your blades so theres really a lot to like here, especially for a portable game. Also it would be against my character to not mention the sex scene qte in this, and boy do they go all out there is like fifteen women that run into that room to join in its hilarious and if thats not peak gaming I dont know what it.
I dont really have a lot of problems with this, its a really good portable spinoff, the bonus stuff to lengthen playtime is good and honestly outside of a few control changes (and not being able to kick boxes anymore wtf) I cant think of anything to complain about. It just not like, top of the line or anything and I didnt love it, its just really good at what it is. You should play it
