A masterpiece. It's completely bonkers and utterly ridiculous but it is all the better for it. To me this is the series at its peak. Glad it is getting more positive recognition in recent years but it still remains the Batman Returns of the series in a lot of ways. (Better critical reception than the first despite the first being viewed as the classic, very divisive audience response, much darker tone while also considerably more over the top, etc.)
