This game is... fun. It's got everything good in terms of gameplay from the original, but changing Peter's technology for Miles' biolectricity, which mixes things up nicely. The rest of the game is kind of mediocre though. Miles is a decent protagonist but one can't avoid comparing him to his portrayal in Spider-Verse and he just pales in comparison. Not only does he feel like a boring version of Peter, but he also has a pretty annoying teen voice that makes me cringe every time he speaks (no hate to the VA though). The story is also just fine, it serves its purpose and has its good moments, but it's pretty predictable and relies too much on you caring about a character who's so stubborn it gets absurd by the end. There are some good characters like Ganke and the Prowler, but it's mostly kind of mid. It's kind of forgiven because of this being mostly a big DLC, but I just wish they make a way better game next time and Miles changes for the better.
