Cyberpunk 2077 has always had a special place in my heart. even at launch, I loved the game for the simple fact I enjoyed the writing. I had preordered the game which in hindsight was a mistake but I was around 15-16 at the time, The hype surrounding the game captured me so I took a day of school to play it the second it was released. It was a mess and looked awful on last gen yet I still fell in love with the world and that led me to finish the game after coming through area after area to see what this world had to offer. To me cyberpunk is world-building done right, I wanted to know more and more, I wanted to know what came before 2077 and that led me to read the lore and further develop my interests in cyberpunk but also ttrpg's in general. Although cyberpunk was a mess at launch it still holds a soft spot in my heart due to it progressing my interests.
