As of writing this I've played through all of Act 1 and 2 on violent and nearly 100%ed Act 1, but I think I want to P rank everything eventually.

This game is fun in like 17 different ways. There's just so much depth and the skill ceiling is so high but playing without any advanced tactics is still a blast. The boss fights are amazing. Specifically mastering the robot and Gabriel fights is one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I've had in a while. Corpse of King Minos is fun too, but the walk up to the beginning of his fight is kinda annoying if you're trying to P rank and he's a lot less interactive of a boss.

I dig the low poly aesthetic and most of the music rocks.

The only problems I have with the game is in Act 2 some levels are annoyingly dark in places and I have more fun playing Act 1. That may just be because I haven't reached the same level of competency in Act 2 yet though. I also just overall like the aesthetic of Act 1 more than Act 2.

EDIT: I've now P Ranked every level in the game aside from some secret stuff. I think I still prefer Act 1, but Act 2 does go crazy.
