This game came out in 1998? Bullshit. Fuck you. Don't lie to me. Metal Gear Solid (1998) is a game about tricking the player into thinking that Hideo Kojima is a genius. It's largely successful, as there is pretty much nothing bad about the game. Some people (noobs) struggle with the torture sequence, but i just used a turbo button. This game still looks great, the gameplay holds up and is better than most things today, and while the science of the story is iffy the substance rings true. it really is a GOAT.
