Some of the best writing, performances, music, licensed songs and atmosphere in a game I've ever played. The gunplay and driving physics are really solid too, loses a half star for the repetitive nature of some of the minor missions though.

First and last DLC are really solid, 2nd is mediocre. All 3 are free now.
