fun game, combat feels good
the randomness of sidequest objectives is a bit annoying leading to replay of levels without progressing them, still it levels up your characters and gives currency to improve other stats like HP, damage etc

the map design is somewhat linear but enjoyable but it's dragged down by the boss fights being annoying with ever increasing HP bloat with your damage output not increasing while their output does got to tedious so I abandoned it after the penultimate boss fight

gave it another go after abandoning it years ago
it is a good game being let down by a terrible endboss fight, theprevious bosses were fun even if you failed a couple times, the final one was just tedious bullshit
didn't get the good ending because not 100% of items found

good fun game, some sections are a bit too long and some mechanics aren't explained well, like using a leaf to float or

finished in one sitting
good climbing mechanics, reminded me of Grow Home
overall nice story with some truly beautiful scenery

played the PC port
overall game is fun, but you do need to look up things that would be in the manual otherwise, save states removed a lot of possible frustration
glad I finally played it.

2017

gameplay is a bit static with the other characters not moving by themselves, story is what holds it together, still took me months of on and off play to finish it

this was fun, I replayed from Chapter 9 onwards for an alternative ending

the end was a bit abrupt, but still nice
