For all of its gameplay flaws (even if it improved A LOT compared to Gestalt/Replicant), no game before or after affected me that much. It made me think about it's themes for months on end, to the point where it altered my worldview and (I hope!) made me a better person. In truth, there might not ever be another game like this, and that's ok.
