Better than the first trilogy in every way imo.
Was scared of the shift to 3D but the animations are still very expressive. I really like the art, both on artworks and in-game models / backgrounds. Story and gameplay - wise it has a lot of little tweaks in its structure to surprise fans of the trilogy; love the new mechanics of Sholmes deductions and the jury in court. Particularly fond of the soundtrack too !
I'm glad we got the two games in a single package ... I like the idea of this being one big story divided in two, but because of that the first game overall feels like a long prologue that gives you just a little too much elements with no resolution ; japanese players must have feel very frustrated at the end of "Adventures" haha
