This aligns to a degree with what friends with schizophrenia have told me its like, but the experience is far too short and cruel to really be of note. Multiple times it just seems its trying to hard to reach for horror when I don't think that should have been the approach. Either way it is genuinely upsetting and insightful in a way the "laundry list" approach to mental illness is in games like Hellblade.
