A general improvement on the combat and a story that manages to hang in there until the very end where it has to deal with all of the characters that are extremely important but you haven't really met until then.
There are still too many minigames which makes doing a 100% playthrough both incredibly taxing and undesirable.
The combat takes a while to get moving but when it really takes off it's really good.
